Conlon & Co was formed in 2000 by Sean J. Conlon. The company is a natural progression from his successful real estate brokerage firm Sussex & Reilly - which was the product of the strong desire of Conlon and his partners, to create a smarter and more effective approach to real estate brokerage. That approach consisted of a powerful platform of in-depth consumer services. One which agents and assistants work as a team to offer clients the best service possible. A brokerage firm built on the notion that information and knowledge is power and to this end, Sussex & Reilly quickly embraced the Internet and other technologies and utilized these dynamic tools to improve upon the traditional real estate brokerage model - a philosophy highlighted in the following print ads.

Since its inception in 2000, Sussex & Reilly has exceeded gross sales of almost $3 billion dollars in residential real estate in Chicago and will sell over $1 billion dollars in 2005.
